You can request deletion of personal or business contact information submitted to Aida Textiles through our website, Meta platforms, ads, or business inquiry channels.

How to Request Deletion
Send an email to sales@aidatextiles.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. You may also contact us by WhatsApp at +86 15931431233.
What to Include
To help us locate your information, please include your name, company name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country or region, the channel where you contacted us, and an approximate inquiry date.
Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Leads
If your request relates to a Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta lead form, or Meta advertising interaction, mention the relevant platform in your request. We will delete or anonymize records under our control where legally and technically possible. Meta may also retain data under its own terms and policies.
Processing Time
We aim to review deletion requests within 15 business days after receiving enough information to identify the relevant record. Some information may be retained where needed for legal, security, dispute, tax, order, or compliance reasons.
